I cannot say that the American White Pelican is graceful as it comes in for a landing, but I can say that it is still beautiful.

On a small island in the middle of the Ding-Darling reservoir, the Pelicans made their stand. While locals drove by with a ho-hum attitude, I was happy as a child in a playground watching them fly about.
