White-winged Dove
Stopped by Mary Jo Ballator's Ash Canyon Birding Center today and wondered why I do not stop by more often. At only a mile and a half away, I should be there a few times a week! So many incredible birds including Cassin's Finch, Rufous-crowned Sparrow, Acorn Woodpecker and the rest of the regulars. Some people may dismiss Doves, but I think this White-winged was the highlight of the afternoon. I never realized their eyerings where so blue!
