The difference of a meter can change the view of a mile. I was reminded of this while shooting a lone windmill standing lookout over a vast valley plain last evening. As the sun traversed below the horizon, the sky turned a deep orange tangerine.

There is a story that goes with this image. Its first lines have been written. Unfortunately, the rest is stuck between my currently addled mind and my weary fingertips.

As foreshadow, the opening lines are; "The difference of a meter can change the view of a mile. I was reminded of this while shooting a lone windmill standing lookout over a vast valley plain last evening." Perhaps the rest will come more easily tomorrow.
