Alone. I wander. But never lonely. For in the solace of the never-ending panoramic of my life, I have acquired memories of moments so beautiful, so alive, that they have become the companions to my soul.

This was the epiphany she revealed.

But the truth is I am never alone in my wanderings through the vast southern Arizona high desert. As I explore His boundless creation, I have alongside me, in either body or presence, the love of my life, my wife. With each step I travel my family joins me, be they near or in my soul. Always I have as an escort, my friends, beside me or in my heart. They are bound to me by grace, each a gift from God.
