Ruffled Feathers Post

I watched this Yellow-crowned Night Heron for at least 30 minutes as it slowly emerged from the cover of the mangroves. Stealthily stalking forward, at one point he just stopped and shook his entire body, never once moving his head. It was fascinating to witness. I fired a series of shots, this being the best.
