Another from my session with this Great Egret at Glenhurst Meadows in NJ. The gnarly tree limbs and dark green backdrop lend the image an almost ghostly feel. This is such a stunning bird!

This image was underexposed by three full stops to isolate the Egret. With the sun at my back, the bird was easily properly exposed.

For those that saw my last Egret against an entirely black background, I am interested in which image is preferred.
