Supermoon over Wildflowers

Supermoon over Wildflowers

I do not know if there will ever be another chance to see a Supermoon rising over a field of southern Arizona high desert wildflowers, so I was determined to capture a shot of it last night. Unfortunately, I read my clock wrong, and the moon was cresting the horizon before I was ready. Determined to get something I quickly set up my rig and started to shoot. I got the moon, the wildflowers, the desert cactus and, unfortunately, a scrub tree in the shot. While it is not the perfect shot, I envisioned it is the shot that I was blessed to take. For that I am grateful.

We live in a world populated by millions of miracles just waiting for us to receive them. Capturing the glory of His creation through my lens is a miracle I am eternally grateful for. I remain His scribe.
