The Tribute in Lights guides our hearts to heaven in remembrance as those on the path towards the city seem to fade like ghosts into the horizon.

This may be the image from last night that speaks most to me. The long exposure created the eerie effect of making those on the path seem like ghosts, with those furthest away fading into the image. It is a very powerful and disturbing effect.
